Service Description
At The Moorland, we offer a serene and private setting for funeral receptions and memorial gatherings. Our dedicated team provides compassionate support, ensuring a respectful and personalized event to honor the memory of your loved one. We handle the details with sensitivity, allowing you to focus on family and remembrance. Our Function room holds up to 120 guests seated, Featuring a private bar & bar staff. £250 Refundable damage deposit & £150.00 Room Hire.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Client: The Client may cancel the event by providing written notice to the Venue. If cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the event date, the Venue will refund any balance payment made by the Client. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the event date, the Client will be responsible for paying the full balance of the total venue hire fee. Cancellation by the Venue: The Venue reserves the right to cancel the event if any payment is overdue by more than 7 Days. In such an event, the Client will forfeit the deposit and any balance payment made by the Client up to the date of cancellation.
