Celebrate your special day at The Moorland with our Birthday Party package tailored for ages 13-17. Our versatile function hall offers a vibrant space equipped with modern amenities, perfect for unforgettable parties filled with music, laughter, and memories. Let us help you create a remarkable birthday experience that reflects your unique style and vision! £500 Refundable damage deposit is required. Room hire is £150 for up to 3 hours. Extra hours are available to add on in the Add Ons. Remainder of any monies is due 30 days prior to the event date.
Cancellation Policy
Teen Party Rules & Conditions of Hire ADULT SUPERVISION Sufficient Adults to supervise the number of teens - Approx 1 Adult to every 7 Teens. Supervising Adults must remain on site at all times. FUNCTION ROOM ONLY All guests must stay in the function room at all times. DRINKS POLICY Only drinks purchased on the premises allowed. No outside Drinks permitted. GUEST LIST & ENTRY Full guest list required. A parent must be at the door to supervise entry. RESPECT & BEHAVIOUR Respect our staff & property. No abusive or disruptive behaviour. NO VAPING Vaping is strictly prohibited. We are a Venue, Not a childminding service. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the event being stopped without a refund. Cancellation by the Client: The Client may cancel the event by providing written notice to the Venue. If cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the event date, the Venue will refund any balance payment made by the Client. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the event date, the Client will be responsible for paying the full balance of the total venue hire fee. Cancellation by the Venue: The Venue reserves the right to cancel the event if any payment is overdue by more than 7 Days. In such an event, the Client will forfeit the deposit and any balance payment made by the Client up to the date of cancellation.
